Hi, just like to say thanks for the impressive service.I ordered a
Blizzard walking out coat for Dilly my little Whippety girl on Monday,
I was surprised and delighted when it arrived on Tuesday
morning.Brilliant service.Not only that it fits her perfectly and she
is lovely and snug and the red suits her white and brindle colouring.I
will be ordering the Greyhound version for Tia my black Bitch in
January as she does have a coat or two but red would look fab against
her Black coat.Could I just ask a question please, I have a large
Greyhound male who is ok for coats at the moment but I also have a
Saluki X GSD boy he is a thick set lad , more GSD than Saluki build,
with a thick coat however he could do with something when it's really
raining or freezing.Would a Blizzard coat fit his shape do you think,
imagine retriever size and shape , I'm just wondering if the velcro
strip would fit round his waist as I notice your site says for

I have a question to ask in respect of something you said to me yesterday re washing the coats at 30 degrees not 40. I will bear this in mind for all future washing but I already have a normal rain-mac whippet coat (similar to the red one you posted yesterday but purchased elsewhere before I knew of your existence).

I have previously washed this mac at 40 degrees, does this mean that I would have therefore affected it's waterproofing? If so I think I may need to order another red mac from you, but how much would postage be?

I would just like to say thank you so much for the greyhound raincoat that I ordered yesterday and has arrived today!

I have been promising my greyhound a summer raincoat (so he doesn't dissolve) for a couple of years now, and sadly discovered a few weeks ago that he has terminal cancer so I just had to buy him the coat. He will love it I'm sure, because getting wet is a definite no-no to him.

dear Jan, just wanted you to know that the Blizzard walking out coat we recently purchased from you actually saved our old and much loved whippets life. He was attacked by a german shepperd, with an attitude problem ! The coat was such a good fit and made of good strong fabric , that the attacker could not get teeth into him, and stayed in place during a prolonged and vicious attack .After ten stitches and an awful lot of bruising ,the vet who treated him agreed the coat definately saved him.We would purchase this coat again and thoroughly recommend it to any other whippet or greyhound owners. I hope you get this in time, I have received the package today (Monday 18th). If you have already sent out a duplicate I will return it. I feel so sorry for small bussiness' like yourselves that have to stand the cost of the Royal Mails incompetence. I also received three other parcels today, one that we ordered on Friday (15th Jan), and one on the 24th Dec! However after speaking to them at our local sorting office last week, they denied having any parcels for us, or a back log.

Just to say I received the collar and coat today and they are great. Not sure if Alfie likes the colour of the coat but when your a female lurcher called Alfie you need something feminine!!!

They came so quickly and I really needed them as we brought Alfie home from Dumfries Dog Rescue on Saturday and its so cold here I was concerned about taking her out. We have had spaniels for over thirty years but this is the first lurcher we have ever owned so everything is new to us. Just to say how delighted we were with the Blizzard coat we ordered. It arrived within 3 days too which is an achievement considering the weather.

We ordered a much smaller coat when our whippet x Polly was a pup and were delighted with that also (although sadly she decided to eat it!).

Polly is 3/4 whippet and 1/4 border collie. The only collie-ish bits are her eyes, slightly bushy tail and thicker than average coat. We found the shop bought coats did not fit her due to her deep chest and tiny waist but that yours do and look good too.

Hi Jan, we received Dexter's blizzard coat and it's fab.  It is a high quality garment and the design is great.  Dexy's an abandoned ex working Hancock
Lurcher that I found in the local park when walking my other dogs last winter.  He was a mess, lame, malnourished, not much hair etc.  We rushed
out to the local "country store" which caters mostly for horses and got him a heavy winter coat as it was really cold up here.  It served the purpose but he
looked like a wee war horse in battledress. What a difference, he's settled in well as a house pet and he now looks like an elegant greyhound type lurcher in his

Thanks for the double thickness sun coat I had from you a short time ago, it's really well made and has been invaluable in this
hot weather. I over measured by 2ins when ording because I've previously had the RGT large size coats which they claim fit
a 30" dog and they have always been too small - your coats fit the size you state! Being a bit big does'nt matter for the sun coat
fortunately, but I have ordered the correct size here, 30", for the raincoat!

Dear Jan,

Thank you for my raincoat which arrived on Saturday. I can now go out in the

            Goods arrived on Saturday-coat etc. a perfect fit-and it's
pouring down with rain this morning so just in time to save her a soaking!

            As a matter of interest;- there is an on going project here in
Germany where vets go over to Spain and collect/immunise/chip etc stray dogs.(The outlook otherwise for stray dogs in Spain is grim) These dogs are thenflown over to Germany and distributed to new homes via a network of animalshelters-that is how we came to own our dog 'Bella'. Bella is a SpanishGreyhound-Galgo Espagnol. With increasing numbers of Greyhounds coming toGermany it might be worth your while to advertise your products/website inGermany. We have had Bella for nearly 3 years and have never seen any `suitable' collars, coats etc for sale any where. I am English so am usuallyable to buy stuff when I am over in the UK.

    I met a lady last winter with a greyhound quivering with cold, she told
me that she was busy trying to knit a fitting coat for her dog!

Hi, just a short e-mail to say thankyou for the excellent service and
quality of goods.

I placed my order yesterday lunchtime (Monday), and the goods were delivered at 8.30 am this morning. With the cold snap we're having at the moment the coats couldn't have come at a better time.

The kennel coat fits perfectly, i haven't tried her in the walking out coat yet but will be shortly and i'm really pleased with it. Anyway, thanks again for the excellent (and speedy!) service.

I have just taken delivery of DC4 for my lurcher and a DC5 for my greyhound. The dogs tried on the size and they look absolutely brilliant. The dogs obviously liked them as well as they started to parade around the kitchen like fashion models! The coats are extremely well made and very good value for money. As for the items, all present and correct. Your choice of house collar
really was spot-on. It suits Charlie perfectly. He now wears it all the time so that he just needs the one name tag. The blue coat actually works out much better in the end than the green, as it matches perfectly his lead and collar.
