EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND PROCEDURE.

1. Enclose your written instructions and invoice number for each item being returned.

2. Enclose the payment for exchange, which will comprise of p&p plus restock fee of £1.50 being returned, plus any additional amount if the cost of the item you are returning is lower then the replacement you are being sent.

3. I can only accept cheques with a value of £40.00 or more due to the high costs the banks charge for clearing cheques.

4. Even if you have telephoned or emailed prior to returning the goods, please remember to put a note about the what you want and include the invoice number on your communications. Thank you.

Jans Gifts Exchange and/or refund terms:

In most circumstances you may return any product within 10 days from the receipt date of your order for a prompt refund or exchange, without affecting your statutory rights. Postage is NOT refundable unless the product is returned because of faulty manufacture or we have not sent you what you ordered, otherwise:

The following charges will apply: £1.50 re-stocking fee for items returned for exchange or refund. This charge will be deducted from the balance to be returned to you and please remember that we do not refund postage unless the goods are defective, in which case all acceptable return postage costs will be refunded..

Goods returned for a refund because they are defective or were not what you ordered, will have all postage costs refunded and will not incur a restocking fee. Likewise, no charges will be made for goods that are defective or not what was ordered if you wish to exchange the goods the goods.

Also, we are happy to exchange products however; you should be aware of the following:

A restocking fee of £1.50 per item returned for exhanges, along with full postage must be enclosed with the goods you are returning for exhange. With the returned goods also enclose a note of your address and details of your ammended order. Please do not send cheques for postage to cover exchanges; cash, postal orders or stamps are acceptable. I no longer accept cheque payments under £40.00 in value.

We are unable to accept cheques with a total value of £40.00 or under due to bank charges. ALL cheques and postal orders should be made out to Jans Greyhound Gifts, if they are not, they will be returned to you as I am unable to bank these if the payee is made out to any other name.

Credit & Debit Cards will not be debited until goods are dispatched. Unless a part payment is agreed on, when placing an order.
