Delivery
I endeavour to despatch your gifts within
28 days of receiving your order ( most goods will be despatched on the day
of receipt of your order.) However, since many of our products are hand
made to our specifications by fussy crafts people, some products may take a
little longer to produce.
Special Orders
All special orders involving the placing
of lettering on products must be confirmed in writing before work can

Return or Exchanges
In most circumstances you may return any
product within 7 days for a prompt refund or exchange, without affecting
your statutory rights. Postage is NOT refundable. Also, we
are happy to exchange products but please enclose the relevant postage with
the returned goods.
Credit & Debit Cards will not be
debited until goods are dispatched. Unless a part payment is agreed on,
when placing an order.
