Thank you so much for the speedy delivery of my little lady's coat - it fits perfectly and is beautifully made and very light for her as she is a bit nervous of things - I suspect she has never had the luxury of a coat before as she is a rescue lurcher and very thin so this will keep her lovely and warm on our walks out! comments: Hello Jan, The muzzles arrived this morning in Northern Ireland, today is Saturday, I ordered them at 11pm. on Thursday night. Where else would one get service like this? Except, perhaps, Lakeland Ltd. that won the Queen's award for industry and customer service! We seem to do a great job of losing muzzles, the Whippet pups love a good chew if they manage to get hold of one! I received my order this morning after ordering on Monday, once again an excellent service. We like you have worked in the greyhound business for many years, on opening the parcel this morning we both read and commented on the excellent advice given on the leaflets included, we would like your permission to reproduce the leaflets giving advice on their care as we often take the Greyhound Walks stall out for public awareness and meet and greets we feel this would be a good addition to our literature if so could you please email me a copy including your address/web address and email in a prominent position which will help new owners find a reliable source of equipment for their new pet.
