Hi Jan, Along with myself, I'm sure the greyhounds (who they are for) would join me in thanking you so very much for your speedy response in getting these coats to us so quickly. These coats are for sanctuary dogs and the poor wee pets are getting frost bite with this horrible weather we all seem to be getting. I can't tell you how overjoyed I am to have received them so early, as now I can bring them down earlier than expected and the wee pets can now keep warm and snuggle up with their new coats and look all gorgeous. Just to say I received the collar and coat today and they are great. Not sure if Alfie likes the colour of the coat but when your a female lurcher called Alfie you need something feminine!!! They came so quickly and I really needed them as we brought Alfie home from Dumfries Dog Rescue on Saturday and its so cold here I was concerned about taking her out. We have had spaniels for over thirty years but this is the first lurcher we have ever owned so everything is new to us. Her half sister Frankie went off to the Orkneys on the same day we brought Alfie home so she'll have a happy home as well.  Very many thanks for your extremely prompt service, I couldn't believe my eyes when the parcel arrived this morning! Our Lurcher Jack is delighted with his coat which fits perfectly. Hi Jan I hope you get this in time, I have received the package today (Monday 18th). If you have already sent out a duplicate I will return it. I feel so sorry for small bussiness' like yourselves that have to stand the cost of the Royal Mails incompetence. I also received three other parcels today, one that we ordered on Friday (15th Jan), and one on the 24th Dec! However after speaking to them at our local sorting office last week, they denied having any parcels for us, or a back log. Never mind, we are pleased with the items, and as I say if you haven't received the e-mail in time I will return the duplicate items, but fingers crossed that you get this first. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have just ordered two coats from you for my whippets and they are absolutely fantastic. Wish that I had ordered them before the snow as their old coats are a lot shorter. Must say that I have the smartest looking dogs in the road. dear Jan, just wanted you to know that the Blizzard walking out coat we recently purchased from you actually saved our old and much loved whippets life. He was attacked by a german shepperd, with an attitude problem ! The coat was such a good fit and made of good strong fabric , that the attacker could not get teeth into him, and stayed in place during a prolonged and vicious attack .After ten stitches and an awful lot of bruising ,the vet who treated him agreed the coat definately saved him.We would purchase this coat again and thoroughly recommend it to any other whippet or greyhound owners. Hi Jan Would just like to thank you for the harness I purchased from your web site the other day. I own a weimaraner, who has a large chest and I could not find a harness to fit him without rubbing him under his front legs and chest. Thanks to your greyhound website I found one. I think you should advertise your web site to a wider range of dogs, as I searched the web and couldn't find anything suitable until I came across yours and thought I would order a harness to see would it fit, after reading your tips on how to measure.
